I tried to buy a bus ticket with this app but it didnt work. And the worst part was that they did charge my PayPal account even though no ticket was ever issued.
Its a very good app.
I bought 2 tickets with the application. The paiement was processed by Paypal but not with Alsa. SO I PAID FOR TICKETS I NEVER HAD. I had to buy 2 other tickets at the bus station because they say I never purchased tickets. Even with the Paypal receip and the proof in my bank account. I paid 50$ twice for those tickets, 100$ in total. Need some improvements from Alsa. I hope the costumer service will pay me back. I do not recommend this app.
This app is really easy to use even if its in Spanish. The interface is nice and clear. Love it.
